A rotating arm connected with the valve body through a rotating shaft is arranged in the valve body, the rotating arm can rotate around the rotating shaft, the rotating arm is connected with a hanging rod, the hanging rod is connected with the valve element through a connecting screw rod, the hanging rod and the rotating arm are connected through a pin shaft, and the hanging rod and the connecting screw rod are connected through a pin shaft.
