Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a flow guiding device and a coal-fired boiler, the flow guiding device is arranged on the inner wall of a boiler wall of the coal-fired boiler and located below a smoke exhaust port of the boiler wall, the flow guiding device comprises a top plate and an inclined plate which are oppositely arranged, and one end of the top plate and one end of the inclined plate are used for being connected with the boiler wall; the other end of the top plate is connected with the other end of the inclined plate; a first through hole is formed in the top plate, a second through hole is formed in the inclined plate, the flow guide device further comprises an insertion pipe arranged between the top plate and the inclined plate, one end of the insertion pipe is communicated with the first through hole, and the other end of the insertion pipe is communicated with the second through hole. The flow guide device can improve erosive wear of flue gas to a furnace wall at the position of the smoke exhaust port
