The shuttle type goods shelf comprises a shelf body, guide rails are horizontally arranged on the shelf body, guide grooves are formed in the inner sides of the guide rails, the upper ends of the guide rails are used for bearing goods, receding grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding to all the goods, of the guide rails, and bearing seats used for bearing the goods are hinged into the receding grooves. The hinged axis of the bearing seat extends in the front-back direction, the bearing seat is provided with a positioning plate used for being arranged on the outer side of a cargo in a blocking mode, the bearing seat is further provided with a baffle used for being arranged on the rear portion of the cargo in a blocking mode, and the bearing seat is provided with a bearing position and an avoiding position in the swinging process. An elastic piece for applying an acting force for moving towards the avoiding position to the bearing seat is also arranged between the avoiding groove and the bearing seat
