Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a circulation mechanism and an optimization device, and relates to the technical field of thermal power plant regeneration systems, the circulation mechanism comprises: an installation part, which comprises a positive regeneration tower, a negative regeneration tower connected with the positive regeneration tower through a pipeline, and a feed inlet arranged on the positive regeneration tower; the filtering component comprises a filtering containing cavity connected with the cation regeneration tower through a pipeline, a filtering chamber connected with the filtering containing cavity through a pipeline, a cleaning assembly arranged on the filtering containing cavity and a dirt removing assembly arranged on the filtering containing cavity, and water obtained after washing of the cation regeneration tower is filtered through the filtering component; according to the invention, the filter plate is arranged in the negative regeneration tower, so that the filtered, purified and disinf
