The foundation reinforcing device comprises a vibration exciter unit used for the foundation reinforcing process; the conveying unit is used for conveying the vibration exciter unit to a designated place; the cover body unit is arranged on the conveying unit and used for isolating noise generated by the vibration exciter unit; and the lifting column unit is arranged on the conveying unit and is used for lifting or descending the cover body unit. According to the foundation reinforcing device, the vibration exciter can be transmitted to a foundation area to be reinforced through the conveying unit, and when the vibration exciter starts to work, the cover body unit is moved downwards through the lifting column unit until the vibration exciter is completely covered, so that most noise generated by high-frequency vibration of the vibration exciter is isolated, and the function of red
