The pressure discharging structure comprises a vertically-through sleeve seat, a through opening is formed in the connecting pipe, the sleeve seat is arranged at the position of the through opening, a valve ball is arranged in the sleeve seat, the upper end of the valve ball is connected with a spring, and the spring gives downward thrust to the valve ball in a normal state.
