Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to charging equipment technology, and discloses a charging rack power supply circuit and a charging system, the charging rack power supply circuit comprises a power supply module, a charging rack interface module and a control module, the power supply module comprises a control switch, an inverter and a plurality of power storage units, the AC output of the inverter is electrically connected with the charging rack interface module through the control switch, and the power storage units are electrically connected with the charging rack interface module through the control switch. The plurality of power storage units are connected in parallel between a direct-current input positive electrode and a direct-current input negative electrode of the inverter; the control output end of the control module is electrically connected with the control end of the control switch, and the monitoring end of the control module is electrically connected with the charging interface.
