A first port of the communicating pipeline extends into the inner cavity, the first port is used for being communicated with the capillary tube, and the pump and the mass flow meter are both arranged on the communicating pipeline and located outside the Dewar. According to the invention, the problems that the flow resistance of the capillary tube is influenced by the temperature and the type of the refrigerating medium, and the measurement precision is low when the flow resistance of the capi
