Zusammenfassung:	A steel wire rope tightener is characterized by comprising a steel wire rope locking buckle mechanism and a steel wire rope penetrating barrel which are connected together, the steel wire rope penetrating barrel comprises a hollow threaded sleeve, a steel wire rope penetrating-out hole is formed in the top end of the hollow threaded sleeve, one end of the hollow threaded sleeve is connected with the steel wire rope locking buckle mechanism, and the other end of the hollow threaded sleeve is connected with the steel wire rope penetrating-out hole. A steel wire rope tightening mechanism is mounted at the other end of the hollow threaded sleeve.
