The inner wall of the outer sleeve is provided with internal threads from top to bottom, a first step, a second step, a second connecting sleeve and a transmission ring are rotatably installed on the upper end face of the second step and the upper end face of the first step respectively, the transmission ring and the second connecting sleeve are provided with matched limiting structures, and the outer sleeve is provided with a transmission rod installation hole penetrating through the side wall of the outer sleeve. The transmission rod and the transmission ring are provided with matched transmission structures; a slurry outlet hole is formed in the bottom of the internal thread of the outer sleeve; the first connecting sleeve is connected with the internal thread of the outer sleeve; the elas
