The building outer wall comprises an aluminum alloy stand column, an aluminum alloy cross beam is installed on the aluminum alloy stand column, an aluminum alloy core sleeve is installed in the aluminum alloy cross beam, and a special-shaped groove is formed in the aluminum alloy cross beam. The connecting assembly comprises an aluminum alloy auxiliary frame, an aluminum alloy pressing weight, an aluminum alloy supporting strip and a bolt.
