The steel belt assembly structurally comprises a guide steel belt and an extrusion steel belt, the head ends of the two guide steel belts are fixed to form an included angle; the extrusion steel belt is fixed in an included angle formed by the two guide steel belts, on one hand, after a certain number of bottles are accumulated through cooperation of the steel belt assembly and the sensor, the conveying belt stops running, and therefore excessive accumulation is avoided; and secondly, the conveying belt can be forcibly opened through manual intervention, so that the phenomenon that a large number of bottles are lacked because the speed of the conveying belt cannot follow the filling speed due to slow reset of the extruded steel belt is avoided.
