The outer side of the transmission shaft is wrapped with a shell, a lamplight controller is embedded in the left side of the shell, a windshield wiper controller is embedded in the right side of the shell, a key switch is arranged at the lower end of the windshield wiper controller, a fixing frame is welded to the position, on the side face of the cross universal joint, of the base, and a connecting shaft is rotationally connected to the center of the fixing frame. The air rod is adopted for supporting, the angle controller arranged on the side face is matched, the exposure of the steering wheel and the transmissio
