The static friction ring and the dynamic friction ring are respectively connected with the distribution valve body and the main shaft body in a fastening manner through the matching of the centering pressing block and the locking bolt, and the positioning key is arranged between the static friction ring and the dynamic friction ring for further fixation for inserting and fixing, so that the structure device is firm and
