The battery cell comprises a first pole piece, a second pole piece and a diaphragm positioned between the first pole piece and the second pole piece, a first tab is arranged on the first pole piece, and a second tab is arranged on the second pole piece; the first pole piece and/or the second pole piece and/or the diaphragm on one side of the first pole lug are/is provided with a supporting piece for supporting so as to prevent the first pole lug from being reversely inserted; and/or, the first pole piece and/or the second pole piece and/or the diaphragm on one side of the second tab are/is provided with a supporting piece for supporting so as to prevent the second tab from being reversely inserted. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the supporting sheet is arranged on one side of the tab of the battery cell, and the tab is supported by the supporting sheet so as to prevent the tab from being reversely inserted, so that the short circui
