Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a reverse pre-charging circuit and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of electronic circuits. The circuit comprises a voltage transformation rectification circuit, a first switch tube, a second switch tube, an inductor and an energy absorption unit, wherein the first switch tube is connected between a first end of the voltage transformation rectification circuit and a first input end of a reverse pre-charging circuit; the second switch tube is connected between the second end of the transformation rectification circuit and the first input end of the reverse pre-charging circuit; the inductor is connected between the third end of the transformation rectification circuit and the second input end of the reverse pre-charging circuit. The energy absorption unit is coupled with the inductor and is connected between the fourth end of the transformation rectification circuit and the fifth end of the transformation rectification circuit; wherein the fourth end of the transformatio
