Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a fastening assembly and a connecting system. In the fastening assembly, a supporting frame comprises a first part and a second part which are sequentially connected in the axial direction; the locking piece is arranged at the end, away from the second part, of the first part of the supporting frame and comprises a rod part in threaded connection with the interior of the supporting frame and a flange part connected to the end, away from the first part of the supporting frame, of the rod part, and the locking piece is provided with a through hole penetrating through the rod part and the flange part in the axial direction of the supporting frame. The pin shaft is arranged in the through hole in a penetrating mode, and the two ends of an elastic piece abut against the supporting frame and the pin shaft respectively. The end, deviating from the locking piece and penetrating out of the second portion of the supporting frame, of the pin shaft is detachably connected with a turncap, and t
