Zusammenfassung:	The low-temperature air heater system comprises an outer heat exchanger, a flash evaporator, a compressor and an inner heat exchanger, a first liquid opening and a second liquid opening of the flash evaporator are connected with the inner heat exchanger and the outer heat exchanger correspondingly, and a gas outlet of the flash evaporator is connected with the compressor. The compressor is connected with the inner heat exchanger and the outer heat exchanger through the multi-way valve to form a circulation path. A main capillary tube is arranged between a first liquid opening of the flash evaporator and the outer heat exchanger, an auxiliary capillary tube is arranged between a second liquid opening of the flash evaporator and the inner heat exchanger, the auxiliary capillary tube is connected with a one-way valve in parallel, and the conduction direction of the one-way valve is the direction from the flash evaporator to the inner heat exchanger.
