A waterproof electronic device comprises a shell, a connecting frame unit arranged in the shell and a waterproof unit arranged in the shell. The shell comprises a surrounding frame and a mounting plate. The connecting frame unit comprises a signal connecting plate module which is transversely arranged on the mounting plate and can be connected with a plurality of connecting ports in an inserted mode. The waterproof unit comprises a waterproof seat module which extends from the mounting plate in the direction away from the mounting plate and covers the connecting frame unit. The waterproof seat module is provided with a top plate covering the connecting frame unit and a waterproof frame extending downwards from the top plate and surrounding the signal connecting plate module. The top plate is matched with the waterproof frame to jointly define a waterproof space covering the connecting frame unit.
