The device can drive a plurality of switches at the bottom of a powder tank to execute opening operation and closing operation and comprises a plurality of linkage assemblies, and each linkage assembly comprises a first support, a first rotating shaft, a second support, a second rotating shaft and a connecting rod which are arranged at the top of the powder tank; the first support is fixedly connected with one end of the first rotating shaft, the other end of the first rotating shaft extends towards the bottom of the powder tank in the height direction of the powder tank and is in driving connection with the first switch, and the first support can drive the first rotating shaft to rotate. The second support is fixedly connected with one end of the second rotating shaft, the other end of the second rotating shaft is in driving connection with the second switch, and the second support can drive the second rotatin
