Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a superposition type balance valve and a hydraulic system, the superposition type balance valve comprises a superposition block, a first overflow valve, a first one-way valve, a second overflow valve and a second one-way valve, the superposition block is provided with an oil inlet hole, an oil return hole, a first working oil hole and a second working oil hole; the first overflow valve and the first one-way valve are arranged on the superposed block and are respectively connected with the first working oil hole; and the second overflow valve and the second one-way valve are arranged on the superposed block and are respectively connected with the second working oil hole. According to the stacked balance valve and the hydraulic system, hydraulic impact caused by inertia of equipment can be absorbed, so that the hydraulic system, mechanical equipment and a foundation are protected, and the stability and reliability of operation of the hydraulic system are improved.
