A threaded sleeve is arranged in the middle of the vacuumizing mechanism, a threaded rod is inserted into the inner side of the threaded sleeve in a penetrating mode, a rotary knob is installed at the top of the threaded rod, the outer adsorption assembly is arranged on the surface of the vacuumizing mechanism in a sleeving mode, the rotary knob type vacuum chuck is provided with the two adsorption assemblies, and the inner adsorption assembly is surrounded through the outer adsorption assembly; therefore, the double-layer adsorption effect is provided, the adsorption strength is improved, the adsorption strength o
