The linear motor is connected with the sucker-flange and drives the sucker-flange to do piston motion, a sampling pipe is arranged at one end of the linear motor, and the linear motor sucks the sampling pipe to collect water or drain water through the piston motion of the sucker-flange; the main battery is electrically connected with the linear motor and the corresponding driving motors on the head propeller and the tail propeller through the main control board, and a water quality detection module is arranged outside the middle shell.
