Therefore, the steel strand erecting system comprises an erecting antenna which is obliquely erected above a bridge in the longitudinal direction of the bridge and is high in front and low in rear, a hanging pulley which is installed on the erecting antenna in a sliding mode, and a driving mechanism which drives the hanging pulley to move back and forth along the erecting antenna.
