A second spring is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the bottom of the cavity, an adjusting device is in threaded connection with the outer surface of the sleeve, a first spring is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the end cover, the upper surface of the first spring makes contact with the supporting plate, and the first spring is movably connected with the hard lifting rod. By designing the adjusting device, falling of the socket spanner is avoided, the compression amount of the first spring can be directly adjusted, so that elasticity is adjusted, by designing the cavity and the second spring, compensation is
