One side of the second clamping plate is hinged to one side of the first clamping plate, and a groove is formed in the front end of the other side of the first clamping plate. The first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are connected together through the screw, the sealing effect is achieved at the opening of the bag body, when pesticide emulsion in the bag body needs to be discharged, a user only needs to unscrew the sealing cover on the discharging pipe and then extrude the bag body, the pesticide emulsion can be squeezed out, operation
