The waste oil agent treatment device comprises a waste oil agent treatment tank and a stirring device, wherein the waste oil agent treatment tank is used for accommodating a waste oil agent; the stirring device is used for stirring the waste oil agent in the waste oil agent treatment tank, so that the extraction agent is dissolved in the waste oil agent, and the waste oil agent is layered into an oil agent layer and a waste liquid layer; wherein an overflow structure is arranged at the upper part of the waste oil agent treatment tank, and a waste liquid discharge structure is arranged at the lower part of the waste oil agent treatment tank, so that after the waste oil agent is layered and water is injected into a waste liquid layer in the waste oil agent treatment tank, an oil agent layer at the upper layer overflows through the overflow structure to realize recovery of the treated oil agent, and waste liquid at the lower layer is discharged throu
