Zusammenfassung:	A shell is provided with a cooling cavity, a connecting pipe and a fumigation cavity with an opening in the top end, the bottom end of the connecting pipe extends into the cooling cavity and is close to the bottom of the cooling cavity, the top end of the connecting pipe is communicated with the fumigation cavity, and a steam cooling inlet is formed in the top end of the cooling cavity or close to the top end; the water tank is mounted on the shell; the steam generating device is mounted in the shell, is communicated with the water tank and is provided with a steam channel butted with the steam cooling inlet; the air cooling device is installed in the shell and close to the steam channel, and cold air generated by the air cooling device can flow along the cavity wall of the cooling cavity after entering the steam channel so as to prolong the flowing path. According to the fumigation device, the flowing path of steam and cold air can be prolonged, so that the steam and the cold air can be fully mixed in the co
