Zusammenfassung:	The shock absorption and noise reduction device comprises a positioning plate, sliding grooves are formed in the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the positioning plate, sliding plates are connected to the inner sides of the sliding grooves in the left side and the right side in a sliding mode, first moving grooves are formed in the outer sides of the sliding plates, and first moving blocks are connected to the inner sides of the first moving grooves in a sliding mode; and a control unit is arranged between the first moving blocks on the left side and the right side, the control unit comprises a top plate, the top plate is fixedly connected between the two first moving blocks, and the upper side of the top plate is fixedly connected with a honeycomb sound absorption plate.
