The device is provided with the weighing table, so that weighing can be carried out when the plastic particles are subpackaged and after measurement of the metering valve, secondary verification is formed, and more accurate weighing is ensured; a spiral blade arranged in the device can drive plastic particles to fall down through rotation to prevent the plastic particles from being blocked at the lower end of the feeding pipe, and an arranged stirring rod can stir the plastic particles to prevent the plastic particles from bei
