The 28V/270V DC/DC unit and the 115V/270V AC/DC unit convert a direct current 28V and a three-phase intermediate frequency 115V into a direct current 270V respectively, the direct current 270V and the direct current 270V input form a direct current 270V bus, and the resistive load is conveniently configured under the unified voltage. The isolation boost unit isolates and boosts DC 270V bus voltage into DC 620V to provide conditions for the grid-connected inverter unit. And the grid-connected inverter unit feeds back the direct-current 620V energy to a three-phase alternating-current 380V power grid, so that the function of feeding back the energy to a simulation load is realized. A bus voltage design is adopted, and the
