A turbine waste gas outlet of the waste gas turbine is connected with the exhaust manifold, a gas compressor gas inlet of the gas compressor is connected with the air filter, a gas compressor gas outlet of the gas compressor is connected with a gas inlet main pipe of the diesel engine, and a turbine of the waste gas turbine is coaxially connected with an impeller of the gas compressor through a transmission shaft. An output shaft of the auxiliary motor is coaxially separated from or connected with the transmission shaft through the clutch. The auxiliary motor and the clutch are used for replacing an air blower, supercharging of the turbine is achieved, compared with the air blower, the needed power of the auxiliary motor is much smaller, and me
