The limiting assembly is installed on the base and comprises two clamping blocks which are symmetrically arranged and move oppositely and a limiting block, the clamping blocks are used for clamping the titanium alloy block, two symmetrically-arranged sliding grooves are formed in the inner wall of the through hole, the limiting block is arranged in the sliding grooves in a sliding fit mode, the lower end of the limiting block is arranged on a guide rod in a sleeving mode, the guide rod is arranged on the bottom face of the base, and a first spring is arranged on the guide rod in a sleeving mode.
