A first driving motor is fixedly installed on the front side of the grinding box through a support, an oval plate is fixedly connected to the output end of the first driving motor, a side groove is formed in the side face of the inner wall of the grinding box, an air spring is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the side groove, and a screen plate is fixedly connected to one end of the air spring.
