Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses an oil leakage prevention self-lubricating device of an oil well packing box, which is provided with a lubricating oil containing cylinder, packing blocks are arranged between an upper gland and the lubricating oil containing cylinder and between a lower gland and the lubricating oil containing cylinder, and two ends of the lubricating oil containing cylinder are respectively connected with the upper gland and the lower gland through threads. The lubricating oil containing cylinder, the lower gland and the upper gland are all plug-in butt joint parts and can be installed outside the polish rod in a butt joint mode. Lubricating oil is contained in the lubricating oil containing cylinder, and a filling nozzle is installed in a cylinder body of the lubricating oil containing cylinder. The oil leakage prevention self-lubricating device of the oil well packing box can be fixed at the upper end of a wellhead packing box. Lubricating oil can be filled at any time through the filling nozzl
