The conductive tool comprises a die sleeve and a die handle, one end of the die sleeve is open, the die handle is arranged in the die sleeve, and a telescopic contact assembly is arranged between the die sleeve and the die handle. The telescopic contact assembly comprises a conductive contact and an elastic assembly; the conductive contact is arranged at the end of the die sleeve, penetrates through the die sleeve and is electrically connected with the die handle through the elastic assembly. The tool fixes one part of an upper die and a lower die, a conductive contact part of the tool firstly makes contact with the surface of the other part of the die when the upper die and the lower die are closed (before the upper die makes contact with a to-be-machined workpiece), so that the upper die and the lower die can be electrically connected, and in the die closing process, the conductive contact is extruded, so that the workpiece is machined. And the elastic component is compressed to enable the conductive contac
