A first blocking rod is installed on the right end face of the rotating disc, a driving motor is installed behind the rotating disc, a PLC is installed behind the rotating disc, a fixing block is installed on the left end face of the first side plate, and a pressing type switch is installed on the inner side of the fixing block.
