Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the utility model provides a device matched with a manipulator and used for detecting the position of a part in a tunnel furnace, and belongs to the field of detection. The device comprises a first distance measuring sensor and a second distance measuring sensor which are respectively arranged on two sides of the tunnel furnace along the direction perpendicular to the advancing direction of the tunnel furnace and are used for detecting the center line position of a part in the tunnel furnace; and the third distance measuring sensor is arranged on a paw of the manipulator and used for detecting the distance between the third distance measuring sensor and the surface of the part in the tunnel furnace along the center line so as to determine the circle center position of the part in the tunnel furnace, so that the manipulator grabs the part in the tunnel furnace. In this way, the first distance measuring sensor, the second distance measuring sensor and the third distance measuring sensor cooper
