The signal input end of the second DC-DC converter is connected with the power supply, the signal output end of the second DC-DC converter is connected with the signal input end of the BMS battery management system, and the enabling control port C of the second DC-DC converter is connected with the positive electrode of the power supply through the first-gear control switch of the second-gear key switch; the signal output end of the BMS is connected with a coil of the discharging contactor.
