According to the device, through an electric push rod, a movable connecting plate, a sealing piston plate, a first one-way valve, a second one-way valve and a gas conveying hose, the movable connecting plate is conveniently driven to slide in a positioning sliding opening through telescopic force provided by the electric push rod, and a connecting rod conveniently pushes the sealing piston plate to move up and down according to movement of the movable connecting pla
