Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a fuel cell bipolar plate and a fuel cell. The fuel cell bipolar plate comprises: a bipolar plate body; ridges are formed on the bipolar plate body along a first direction, and a sub-runner is formed between every two adjacent ridges; the feed port of the bipolar plate body is sequentially communicated with the sub-runner and the discharge port along a first direction; directional flow guiding bodies arranged in a staggered mode are formed on the two sides, close to the ridge, of the branch runner, and the flow guiding direction of the directional flow guiding bodies faces the discharging port. When the fuel cell works, gas reactants enter from the feed port of the bipolar plate of the fuel cell and then are distributed to each sub-runner, and resultant water generated by reaction is discharged from each sub-runner to the discharge port. By arranging the directional flow guide body with the flow guide direction facing the discharge port, product water can be directionally conveyed
