Soil turning and weeding equipment comprises a connecting frame, a mounting frame is arranged on the lower portion of the connecting frame and comprises a plurality of transverse plates and a plurality of longitudinal plates, the longitudinal plates are arranged on the top faces of the transverse plates at equal intervals, the transverse plates and the longitudinal plates form a net-shaped structure, and a plurality of ploughing cutter teeth are installed on the bottom faces of the transverse plates; a plurality of connecting rods are arranged on the rear side of the mounting frame, a weeding frame is arranged at the other ends of the connecting rods, a weed collecting roller is mounted in the weeding frame and externally connected with a power source to provide power for work, a collecting box is mounted in the weeding frame on one side of the weed collecting roller, and the side face, close to the weed collecting roller, of the collecting box is open and provided with a tool rest. Cutting knives are mounted
