The single-chip microcomputer is used for converting analog signals from the peripheral sensor into digital signals and transmitting the digital signals to a control device of a hydraulic pump. The peripheral sensors comprise at least two of a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, a flow sensor and a rotating speed sensor. Compared with the prior art, at least two kinds of sensors are arranged, so that at least two items of data in the hydraulic pump can be detected, multi-stage independent regulation and control are realized, and corresponding measures are taken for solving different environmental change problems in the pump.
