The second winding seat is sleeved on the wiring frame, and a primary coil is wound on the second winding seat; the primary coil is sleeved with the first winding seat, and a secondary coil is wound on the first winding seat; the mounting base and the movable base are mounted at the two ends of the wiring frame, the two ends of the first winding base and the two ends of the second winding base abut against the mounting base and the movable base respectively, and the wiring frame further comprises a mounting mechanism facilitating separation of the movable base from the wiring frame. The primary coil and the secondary coil can be isolated through the first winding base and the second winding base which are sequentially arranged on the wiring frame in a sleeving mode, the first winding base and the second winding base are both made of tetrafluoroethylene m
