Zusammenfassung:	A backlight module includes a first light emitting unit, a first light guide plate, a second light emitting unit, a second light guide plate, and a light control film. The first light-emitting unit is arranged on the first side face of the first light guide plate. The second light-emitting unit is arranged on the second side face of the second light guide plate. The light control film is arranged between the first light guide plate and the second light guide plate, the light control film is provided with a plurality of shading microstructures which are arranged in the first direction and extend in the second direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The utility model further provides a display device with the backlight module. By means of the backlight module arranged on the display device, a user can conveniently switch a sharing mode or a peep-proof mode, good display brightness of the display device can be maintained, and the optical interference phenomenon generated when
