Zusammenfassung:	A controller power module comprises a radiator, an IGBT element, a driving board electrically connected with an auxiliary terminal of the IGBT element, a capacitor, a low-inductance busbar, a direct-current busbar, an alternating-current busbar, a current sensor penetrated by the alternating-current busbar and an external connector, the IGBT element, the driving board and the capacitor are respectively installed on the radiator, the low-inductance busbar is installed above the IGBT element, and the direct-current busbar is installed above the direct-current busbar.
