The device comprises a stepping motor, a multi-way valve, a speed reduction control assembly, a programmable controller and a valve element displacement grating detection feedback mechanism. An output shaft of the speed reduction control assembly is provided with a pulse encoder, an angular displacement signal of the output shaft is detected, converted, output and fed back to the programmable controller, the end of the rack shaft is connected with a grating ruler, and a scale grating is fixed to the inner side of the sleeve. When the stepping motor rotates, relative movement between the valve body and the valve element is achieved through an output shaft gear of the speed reduction assembly and a rack shaft connected with the valve element, the grating ruler installed on the rack shaft measures the displacement amount of rack movement, and therefore the displacement amount of the valve element is measured. |
