The first outlet and the second outlet are communicated with the inlet or not through the first flow stopping assembly and the second flow stopping assembly respectively, the first pressure balance cavity and the second pressure balance cavity control opening and closing of the first flow stopping assembly and the second flow stopping assembly respectively, and the first pressure balance cavity and the second pressure balance cavity are communicated with the inlet through the first pressurizing hole and the second pressurizing hole respectively.
