Zusammenfassung:	The anti-overload early warning intervention device comprises an ash bin, and the bottom of the ash bin is connected to an ash inlet of a humidifying ash discharging machine through an electric control ball valve and a manual ball valve; a water pipe of the humidifying and ash discharging machine is connected to a water supply pipeline through a valve; a motor of the humidifying and dust discharging machine is connected to a power supply through a circuit breaker and a contactor; a control loop of the contactor is connected to the power supply control box, and an acquisition end of the current sensor is mounted on a motor main loop of the humidifying and ash discharging machine; the controller is electrically connected with an early warning device; the normally-closed end of the normally-closed relay is connected to the control loop in series.
