Millimeter wave module

There is provided a millimeter wave module disposed in a transmitting direction of a millimeter wave transmitter and/or a receiving direction of a millimeter wave receiver, the millimeter wave module including a plurality of insulating plates vertically stacked. Each insulating plate comprises a through hole penetrating through the insulating plate; the metal coating is electroplated on the insulating plate with the through hole; and the positioning structure enables the through holes to be aligned and connected.
